Sorry for the necro, but I just noticed how broken the vassals is playing as chaos. I used 100 turns to turn every one of the norscan clans into vassals, and then for some reason the beastmen declare war on me wit there puny army stack. Myself I have 3 armies of chaos warriors, but all of my vassals declare war on me. Total war warhammer chaos army.
